Price Matching Policy

WE GUARANTEE TO MATCH ANY GENUINE COMPETITOR PRICE.

WE WILL MATCH THE LOWEST PRICE. We promise to sell you our roofing services at the lowest price. If you find a genuine quote that is lower- we will match it. WE WILL NOT BE BEATEN ON PRICE.

This price match policy covers the following services:

  • metal roof restoration (roof spraying)
  • tile roof restoration (roof spraying)
  • replacing an existing roof (metal or tile) with a new roof (metal or tile)
  • replacing or supply/install of a new and complete gutters and down-pipe systems
  • replacing or supply/install of a new and leaf stopper/ gutter guard system
  • supply and install of new roof ventilation fan

If you find a cheaper price then let us know. This must be done before you enter into any agreement.  Just give us their original written quote and details. Once we have checked it out and verified the quote is “like for like” then we will sell you our roofing products and install them at the lower quoted price. It’s as simple as that.

We will do the right thing when it comes to price matching. Please see below for some terms & conditions on the Price Match Scheme.

  • You must not have already entered into any agreement to supply and install the quoted service with another provider.
  • Price comparisons must include all delivery charges, specify material details, quote limitations, expiry dates and bonus offers.
  • Product must be exactly the same as our quoted (e.g. same quality and quantity/ membranes/tiles/colour).
  • Confirmation of competitor’s advertised price is required  i.e. confirmed and verified written quote.
  • Competitor must have stock on hand and available for immediate delivery and installation (not available for back orders).
  • Available for retail purchases only, no bulk purchases, contract tenders.
  • Excludes competitor’s clearance lines, limited stock offers, Member/Club/Internet prices/bonus gifts.
  • We must be able to supply/install materials from our normal supply chain. The works must be covered by our building license, insurance and professional standards.
  • The price cannot be below our cost price.
  • Must Be in Australian Dollars. No Barters. No Horse-trading.
  • Our normal trading terms apply including deposit and payment terms.
  • Valid Only For South Australian Residents.
